A one day conference exploring the Greening of Historic Buildings. Will be held at Haughley Park Barn, near Stowmarket on the 14th October 2010. It is intended for a wide audience including historic building owners and their agents, building professionals, conservation officers, and all those who are interested in contributing to the challenge of making our traditional building stock more energy efficient. The speakers include English Heritage and The Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings, together with a leading Energy Efficiency consultant and the Energy Savings Trust, who will examine the funding sources available. The day will conclude with two case studies of successful retrofitting of historic buildings.
